デイズ・ギア | Days Gear（以下「当メディア」）は、暮らしにフィットする家電選びのヒントをお届けすることと同じくらい、お預かりする情報を丁寧に取り扱うことを大切にしています。本ページでは、当メディアがどのような情報を、どのような目的で取得・利用するのかをまとめました。個人情報保護法その他関連法令に沿って運用しておりますので、ご利用の前にご確認ください。
第1条「個人情報」の定義
本ポリシーでいう「個人情報」とは、個人情報保護法における定義に従います。氏名、生年月日、住所、電話番号、メールアドレスなど、単独または他の情報と組み合わせることで特定の個人を識別できる情報を指し、個人識別符号（マイナンバー等）を含む情報も対象となります。
第2条取得する情報とその方法
当メディアは会員登録なしでご利用いただけます。そのため、クレジットカード番号、口座情報、身分証明書番号といった機微性の高い情報を積極的に伺うことはありません。当メディアが取得する情報は、主に次の2種類です。
お問い合わせ時にご提供いただく情報
お問い合わせフォームのご利用にあたり、ご返信に必要な範囲でお名前・メールアドレス等のご記入をお願いする場合があります。ここで取得した情報は、当該お問い合わせへの対応以外の目的には使用しません。
サイト閲覧時に自動的に記録される情報
閲覧履歴、IPアドレス、Cookie等の識別子、ご利用端末に関する情報、位置情報などは、サイトのご利用に伴い自動的に記録されることがあります。これらは、サイトの分析および広告配信の最適化のために活用します。
第3条情報の利用目的
取得した個人情報は、以下の目的の範囲内でのみ利用します。
- お問い合わせ内容の確認およびご返信

第4条利用目的の変更について

第5条第三者提供について
お預かりした情報を、皆様の信頼を損なう形で外部へ提供することはありません。次のいずれかに該当し、かつ法令上認められる場合を除き、ご本人の同意なく個人情報を第三者へ提供することはありません。
- 人の生命・身体・財産の保護に必要であり、かつ同意取得が困難なとき
- 公衆衛生の向上または児童の健全な育成の推進のため特に必要であり、同意取得が困難なとき
- 国の機関等が法令の定める事務を遂行する必要があり、同意取得により当該事務の遂行に支障が生じるおそれがあるとき
広告・アフィリエイトサービスの利用について
当メディアでは、外部の広告配信サービスおよびアフィリエイトプログラムを利用しています。これらのサービスは、Cookie等を通じて取得したアクセス情報をもとに、閲覧者の関心に応じた広告を表示することがあります。この過程で個人が特定されることはなく、ブラウザの設定によりCookieを無効化することも可能です。
第6条保有個人情報の開示請求
ご自身の個人情報の開示をご希望の場合、当メディアは速やかに対応いたします。ただし、以下のいずれかに該当すると判断した場合、全部または一部を開示できないことがあり、その際は理由をあわせてお伝えします。
- ご本人または第三者の生命・身体・財産その他の権利利益を害するおそれがあるとき
- 当メディアの業務の適正な実施に著しい支障を及ぼすおそれがあるとき
- その他法令に違反することとなるとき
なお、閲覧履歴・Cookie・ログ等、個人情報に該当しない情報は、本条の開示請求の対象外です。
第7条訂正・追加・削除のご請求
- 保有情報に誤りがある場合、所定の手続きにより訂正・追加・削除をご請求いただけます。
- ご請求内容は合理的な期間内に確認のうえ、必要と判断した場合は速やかに対応します。
第8条利用停止・消去のご請求
定めた利用目的の範囲を超えて情報が取り扱われている、または不適正な方法で取得されたと考えられる場合、利用停止・消去のご請求を受け付け、速やかに事実関係を確認します。
確認の結果、対応が必要と判断した場合は、遅滞なく利用停止・消去の措置を講じます。
第9条本ポリシーの改定について
- 法令の改正や運営状況の変化に応じて、本ポリシーの内容を随時見直すことがあります。特段の定めがない限り、改定後の内容はサイト掲載時点から適用されます。
- 法令または本ポリシーに特別の定めがある場合を除き、事前の個別通知を行うことなく内容を変更することがあります。

At Days Gear, handling the information you share with us carefully matters just as much as helping you find appliances that fit your everyday life. This page explains what information we collect, how we collect it, and what we use it for. Article 1Definition of “Personal Information”

Days Gear can be read without an account, so we don’t proactively request sensitive details such as credit card numbers, bank information, or ID numbers. What we do collect generally falls into two categories.
Information you provide when contacting us
When you use our contact form, we may ask for your name and email address to the extent needed to reply. Anything provided there is used solely to respond to that inquiry.
Information recorded automatically as you browse
Browsing activity, IP addresses, Cookie identifiers, device information, and location data may be logged automatically as part of normal site operation. We use this to analyze site usage and optimize the advertising shown to you.
Article 3Purposes of Use
Information we hold is used only within the following scope.
- Confirming and responding to inquiries.
- Analyzing site usage to continually improve our content.
- Displaying advertising relevant to your interests through our partners, including Google AdSense and various affiliate services.
- Addressing misuse or violations of our Terms of Use.
- Any purpose reasonably incidental to the above.
Article 4Changes to Our Purposes

Article 5Sharing with Third Parties

About Our Advertising and Affiliate Partners
We work with outside advertising and affiliate services. These partners may use Cookie-based data collected from this and other sites to display advertising matched to your interests. This process does not identify you personally, and you may disable Cookies at any time through your browser settings.
Article 6Requesting Disclosure of Held Information
If you wish to know what personal information we hold about you, we will respond promptly. That said, we may withhold all or part of it — with an explanation — if any of the following apply.
- Disclosure could harm the life, safety, property, or other rights of the individual or a third party.

Note that browsing history, Cookie data, and server logs do not constitute personal information and therefore fall outside the scope of this kind of request.

- If information we hold about you is incorrect, you may request correction, addition, or deletion through our standard process.
- We will review the request within a reasonable time and act promptly where warranted.
Article 8Requesting a Halt to Use or Deletion
If you believe your information is being used beyond what is described here, or was collected improperly, please let us know and we will investigate promptly.
Where the investigation shows action is warranted, we will halt the use or delete the data without undue delay.
Article 9Revisions to This Policy
- We may revise this Policy from time to time as laws change or our operations evolve. Unless stated otherwise, updates take effect once posted on this site.
